WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Custom items are, of course, made to order and take 1-2 weeks for processing, designing, printing, packaging, and shipping. Non-custom items ship within the week. Please get in touch before placing your order if you are on a specific timeline and we will do our best to accommodate!
HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
All orders ship out of Wooster, Ohio in the United States. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which includes insurance and tracking. Posters sized 11×17 and smaller ship flat, 16×20 and larger rolled in a tube. Priority Mail shipping is 2-3 days. International orders ship First Class International and timelines can vary between 5-14 business days for delivery. Insurance and tracking are limited on international orders, and The Oyster’s Pearl is not responsible for additional customs tariffs and charges associated with your package once it arrives in your country.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
For non-customized goods, we can offer returns and exchanges but are not responsible for return shipping & handling fees. Any digital instant downloads are non-refundable. Customized goods are non-refundable. If your item is damaged in transit, we are more than happy to replace it with proof of damage.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We currently accept credit card and Paypal. We are also open to bartering and trades with other makers if you have products of equal value that you’re interested in exchanging.

I LOVE A CERTAIN WEDDING INVITATION SUITE OF YOURS, BUT HAVE A DIFFERENT COLOR SCHEME AND NEED TO ADJUST THE WORDING A BIT. IS THAT OKAY?
Of course! All of our stationery is 100% customizable from the fonts to the colors to the paper type. We want to work closely with you to create the perfect stationery for your big day, so don’t hesitate to get in touch if you don’t see exactly what you’re looking for.

We operate out of Wooster, Ohio in a beautiful downtown studio space. We do not have regular business hours open to the public but we can arrange a visit if you’re in the area!
